We are lucky to have such excellent support from our local Music Hub.

The Northamptonshire Music and Performing Arts Trust, which not only supplies the teachers for our instrumental lessons in school, but also provides many other musical services including Saturday Morning Music Schools (open to all ages) and a multitude of county ensembles through which children gain valuable playing experience.

We offer a range of placements that are tailored to meet the needs of trainees at different stages of development and offer quality mentoring throughout their time with us. We aim to provide all our placed trainee teachers with the opportunity to work alongside our highly experienced and committed staff, to learn and develop the art of teaching, and to encourage reflective practice to sustain continued professional development in this rewarding role.

'Let's Get Cooking' provides a wonderful opportunity for our students to experience cooking in small groups. This is done with support from 'Barry Road Co-op' who kindly supply ingredients for the children to enable them to prepare things like Christmas lunch for the senior citizens.
